Our Programs

 

 At Alani's Outreach, we believe lasting change happens through consistent relationships, meaningful opportunities, and strong community support. Our programs are designed to help youth and families build confidence, resilience, life skills, and long-term stability.

As we continue to grow, our programming will expand to meet the evolving needs of our community.




Our Programs

Mentorship Program- In Development

Transitional Housing Support- Long-Term Vision

Life Enrichment Programs- In Development

One-on-one mentoring relationships that provide encouragement, accountability, positive role models, and guidance for youth ages 12–21. Services include:  Individual mentoring, Goal setting, Monthly mentor activities, Leadership development, College and career exploration

 Programs designed to build confidence and practical life skills. Topics may include:  

Topics may include: Financial literacy, Cooking and nutrition, Career readiness, Resume building, Interview preparation, College readiness, Personal wellness, and Leadership development.

Supporting families through: Community referrals, Parent workshops, Resource navigation, Family engagement events, and Support groups

Providing support for young adults transitioning to independence through housing stabilization and supportive services. (Planned for a future phase of organizational growth.) 

Program Eligibility

 

We aim to serve:

  • Youth ages 12–21
  • Families seeking additional support
  • Youth impacted by trauma
  • Youth with foster care experience
  • Youth facing behavioral or mental health challenges
  • Youth involved in or at risk of juvenile justice involvement

Specific eligibility requirements may vary by program as services become available.
